When will my yard greeting be delivered?
Typically, we install late the night before (after 9pm) or early morning the day of the event by 8am. Please tell us your preference if any at booking.
Time of pick-up starts at dusk (24-48hrs). If you have a certain time you would like for us to pick up please leave a note in the comments during booking.
What happens if the signs are damaged?
Each of our sign sets has a high-quality coroplast display. Please take care of the signs as they will be collected and used to deliver a smile on another day.
Does someone need to be home for delivery and or pickup?
No, not unless you live in a gated community and haven’t provided entry info.

Is there anything I need to do prior to delivery?
If it has been dry in your area, please water your lawn prior to delivery/set up to soften up the ground. Additionally, if you have a lawn maintenance crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.
We deliver within Union County, New Jersey at no additional fee. Outside Union County, New Jersey, a delivery fee is added. We do not travel more than 18 miles from Roselle Park, NJ. Insta Yard Grams will refund you in full if we decline to service your area.
What are your hours of operation?
We deliver and set up any day of the week typically between 9 pm the night before and 8
am the day of the event unless a specific time is requested. Please be sure to let us know you preference at the time of booking. Typically, we respond to
social media messages within an hour between 9 am and 5 pm M-F.

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.

Please do not remove the display. If you or homeowner would like the display removed earlier please contact us.

Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.

If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before our set up. There will be a $50 dollar cleaning fee for any inventory damaged by cutting grass while the signs are installed.

Please clear the lawn of any animal feces prior to installation. We reserve the right to cancel the installation due to feces in the designated area.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

We take photos of our signs on your property and share those photos as well as the ones you share with us on our social media pages and website. If you DO NOT want a photo displayed on our social media pages or website please let us know at booking. We respect your privacy!

Insta Yard Grams and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the transportation, set-up, removal or return of any rental.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes

If you must cancel your booking, please do so within 48 hours for full refund. After that you can choose to receive ½ of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date.

In the event of inclement weather, we will not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we will refund the full rental price.

Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high wind and any else that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.

No Refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. There is a $40 dollar reinstallation fee if you would like us to reinstall in another Union County location.

No Refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

No Refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

No Refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

No Refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
By placing an order/booking with Insta Yard Grams, you agree to all policies stated above.
